Im not so sure with the Nets cap situation but Dirk is not happy in Dallas. In a recent espy report he said he doesnt like

when franchises build themselves on hope. But the Nets can give dallas hump, marshon, and some first rounders. Im sure Dwill would be thrilled to play with Dirk. But like i said before i dont know how that would work with the cap situation. A trade for dirk would instantly transform this team into a serious contender
