Adrian Wojnarowski, who first reported that Dominic McGuire and Josh Childress would compete for a roster spot with the Nets this week is now saying the 6'9" McGuire has reached an agreement with the Raptors. The deal is guaranteed for at least one year. The Nets are only offering one-year non-guaranteed deals as they fill out their roster. Woj has not reported on where McGuire's decision leaves the Nets. McGuire and Childress were set to work out for the Nets Tuesday. Childress, 29, was amnestied in July by the Suns. Phoenix will pay him $21 million over the next three years. So, the lack of a guarantee would likely mean less to him than to McGuire.
