The oculus at Barclays Center was up and running Wednesday afternoon, flashing information about the arena and transit options. Earlier in the day, it was running a test pattern from Daktronics, the company that's supplying the LED displays both in the arena and on the oculus. The oculus will serve much the same purpose as the billboard above the Madison Square Garden's entrance, except it will be much cooler. Meanwhile, AYInfoNYC, which monitors site work at the arena, has posted a number of videos from Wednesday's tests.
