Matt Moore of CBS Sports picks up where Carmelo Anthony left off last week when he said the Nets and Knicks aren't a rivalry. (Someone should tell Jason Kidd. He held the first mortgage on the Garden last decade.) In any event, Moore lists 10 ways the rivalry could get into high gear, starting with Reggie Evans misplacing a hand deep in Marcus Camby's nether regions to "Something with the Kardashians." Yeah, that works.
