Nets related sightings in Nassau, Bahamas

I was in Nassau, Bahamas with my wife from Friday August 17 through Monday August 20. We stayed at Atlantis on Paradise Island. While, I was in Atlantis...I ran into Tim Walsh (Nets Athletic Trainer). I said "Hello" to him and told him that I was a Nets fan for over 23 years and was excited about the move to Brooklyn. He introduced me to his young son who looked like a good kid. I told him to take excellent care of Brook Lopez and to take good care of the entire team because this was a very important year for us. I took a pic with him; I told him I would write about him on NetsDaily. He said "It's okay to write about me but don't post the pic." I laughed and told him I would definitely respect his privacy and not share the pic online. It was cool meeting him.

At the airport in Nassau coming back, I saw this tall guy walking next to me who looked very familiar. Suddenly I said out loud "KENYON", he looked at me and said "Hello". I told him I was a big fan of his and that he needed to come back home to the Brooklyn Nets. He gave me dap and said "I want to come back home to the Brooklyn Nets but it's not in my hands." He was really down to earth and chill picking up some Wendy's to eat. I don't think the Bahamians at the airport watch much basketball, because they kept on staring at him asking "Who is that tall guy?"

All in all, fun vacation. Hung out on the beach with the wife, ate some conch fritters at Twin Brothers, made some money on the Craps Table and met Tim Walsh and Kenyon Martin.

Good Times!
