Deron Williams ended the Olympics as Team USA's sixth leading scorer and third leading passer, according to the final team statistics.

Williams averaged 9.0 points over the eight games, shooting 40.6% from the arc and 39% overall. He handed out 37 assists for an average of 4.6 per game and grabbed 1.5 rebounds, all in 18 minutes per game. He turned the ball over eight times in eight games. In 2008, he averaged 8.0 points, 2.3 rebounds and a team third best 2.8 assists.

He now has a 16-0 record in the Olympics and like Jason Kidd before him, has never lost on the senior mens' national team, going 32-0. He also has a bronze medal from the 2001 USA Basketball Youth Development Festival.
