I was wondering....will the NETS, just the team, be profitable anytime soon? Can anyone help me with the finances?

Say, between players, coaches and front office people and overhead, it costs 100 Million to run the team. We have 41 home dates. We have x amount of seats and luxury boxes that can be bought. We are not going to sell out every night. We have a miserable TV deal, how long does it run. What % of ticket sales goes to the arena? Can the team make money? Or is it not about the team's profitability at all. Is it all about the arena and the development of the rest of the complex. Or is the team just a rich man's hobby and profits are not even considered? The Lakers and the Knicks make money, because of their TV contracts. I have a lot of time on my hands, and I just was wondering about all of this. Any insights my friends?
