I'm not an expert on salary cap issues, so I apologize if this does not work for that reason, but if Milwaukee realizes they can't keep Ersan Ilyasova, why not do a sign and trade with him going to the Magic? My proposed deal:
Orlando receives: S&T Ersan Ilyasova, Larry Sanders, S&T Brook Lopez, Nets 2015 and 2017 first round draft picks
Milwaukee receives: S&T Kris Humphries, option with Nets to swap 2013 first round pick, Nets 2015 second round pick.
New Jersey receives: Dwight Howard, Kurt Thomas
