All for those who already read this yesterday I apologize but for those who may have missed this post here it is again. In this [the Deron Williams resigns] thread it is my guess there could be anywhere from 2,000 to 10,000 posts so all I can do is just pour a little of my heart out and share in the glory of this victorious day for ALL of us Nets faithful that congregate virtually hourly due to the valiant work of Net Income and NetsDaily. So for those of you who may read this here is what I have to say....
Some of you know that sometimes I know certain things and at times have been willing to share them with Netsdaily faithful and that is because nearly 10 years ago when a person who many here dislike (and I can empathize with parts of the justification for it) bought the New Jersey Nets with the vision to move them to Brooklyn I became involved as a stakeholder in seeing that happen. It nearly didn't but fate intervened and we got a wonderful new partner/majority owner and IT DID. It wasn't easy and there was much hating towards us especially to a Nets homer like me who proposed to his now wife at a game we lost by 40 on Valentines Day at a half full Prudential Center

Infuriating for the fan was surprised at his wedding by the amazing grooms cake his wife secretly got him only to be mocked by many who said "Well Deron is leaving so get over it" even though they were my friends and most were NOT Knicks or Mavs Fans

Well I can say happily that all this haterism is finally over. This zealot knows the Brooklyn Nets are more than just an NBA team, its a revolution in sports fandom that WE are at the center of. Deron and Amy know it and see it and are all in our revolution and we have Dwight Howard beating down the door to earn the party.
We earned this. All of us were always proud to be Nets [or for some Americans too] fans so its time to rise to the occasion to be the leaders of the masses who will continue to join our revolution.
To the sweet future of knowing our grandkids and great-grand kids will be as proud to be a BROOKLYN NETS fan as the masses are to be Yankees or Lakers/Celtics fan today.
You all are the best and I am proud to stand arm in arm with you all and I look forward to continuing on this emotional journey of being a Nets faithful!
