Ashton Gibbs, the Pitt combo guard who as expected went undrafted, is considering an offer from the Nets to join their Orlando Summer League entry.

Gibbs, Pitt's career leader in 3-pointers and attempts, said the Nets showed the most interest, but he remains a free agent. "It was a tough draft since I wasn’t drafted, but now it’s my opportunity to show what teams missed," The 6'2" Gibbs said Friday.

The Nets kept some spots open on the summer league roster for undrafted players, but Gibbs is the first to disclose he had been contacted.
