In the same column where a Phoenix source extols the value of golf as a recruiting tool, Mitch Lawrence writes, "Not moving to Brooklyn: Kris Humphries has played his last game for the Nets, who have their eyes on Milwaukee’s Ersan Ilyasova , an unrestricted free agent."
A league source says the Nets have not (yet) renounced Hump's Bird Rights and won't be unless needed. In theory, the Nets, Humphries and another team could agree to a sign-and-trade. Humphries averaged 14 points and 11 rebounds last season while earning $8 million.
