Brooklyn Nets

Khalid Green is the Nets East Coast college scout, a former high school coach at Brooklyn's Bishop Loughlin and probably the only guy on the basketball operations side of things who will be able to walk to games this season (when he isn't on the road.) He expects his fellow Brooklynites to be all-in.

"I'm walking to work. No train, no car necessary," says Green, who admits the Nets new Brooklyn fan base has him excited. "There's no place like Brooklyn in the world. What we'll generate here is an excitement. The fans here are passionate, they're intense. Basketball is a religion in Brooklyn. So they're going to come with their suits on, with their shirts on, with their shorts on, all types of generations will come, black, white."
