Brandon Roy is looking to make an NBA return. He can't play on the Trailblazers until 2015 so is looking for a new team to take a chance on him. Dude is only 27-years-old and played some pretty good basketball before injuries.

I don't expect Roy to ever regain 20 PPG but if he understands his role and his minutes are limited, he could be a cheap scoring option and somewhat of a big named player heading to Brooklyn.
