The Nets Dancers have a new name, the Brooklynettes; a new website; new colors; new uniforms; a new coach and a new roster. After auditions at LIU, the Nets announced the new team Wednesday at Brooklyn Bowl, along with its new black-and-white identity (a Graffiti-like treatment "that "captures the urban landscape of Brooklyn".)

The logo was designed the Nets in-house creative department while the new uniforms are the work of David Dalrymple who has designed outfits for Beyonce, Pink, Mary J. Blige, Jennifer Lopez, and the dancers on Madonna’s world tour.
