Former Net Orlando Woolridge Dies at 52

Former Net Orlando Woolridge died Thursday night in Mansfield, Louisiana. Woolridge was just 52 years old and had been under hospice care for a chronic heart condition. Woolridge played 94 games for the Nets in 1986-87 and 1987-88, averaging 19.8 points per game over the two seasons. He also played for the Bulls, Lakers, Nuggets, Pistons, Bucks and Sixers.
