Chris Mannix of Sports Illustrated tweets that the Nets (who he refers to as "New Jersey") is "penciling Brook Lopez in at between $8 and $10 mill per year." The tweet had no further information on a potential offer and was in the context of how much more Roy Hibbert will get from the Pacers in free agency... "a lot more."

The Nets have until June 30 to offer Lopez a qualifying offer. Under the current CBA, any team with cap space can present a restricted free agent like Lopez an offer sheet. The Nets would have three days to match.
