Hey guys, been apart of #Netsnation since we acquired Starbury. I know how some of you feel about him, but if not for him I would not have known(until YES) that we got Nets games in BK. We sucked as a team but we were exciting. Eventually my hometown hero was traded and I remained a fan. Initially I thought the trade sucked LOL. Can you believe that? I thought the first trip to the Finals we got lucky. The following season I really began to embrace Kidd. We were getting good but Tim Duncan was too good. The good times ended so soon it seemed like.
Rumors of the team coming to my backyard got me excited. Lil did I know though the team would have the same name, it would not be the team I grew to love. They let the heart of our team go to Denver. For what? Atleast I got to see VC for a while. I thought he was so overrated before he got here. That's usually how it works tho. I had mixed emotions sweeping the Knicks. I loved crushing the Knicks but it was also embarrassing to see Brooklyn's own get so badly out played by the new Kidd on the block.
Shipped Kidd out, but he was becoming a headache. Gave away RJ but it was ok because we were getting CAP SPACE & the Chinese Dirk. We finally got the Center that we needed 6-8 years earlier. Finally VC was gone for more CAP SPACE. I didn't really care tho, cuz Jay-Z all but promised us Lebron. Man is anyone really bad enough to lose 70 games? Oh well atleast we're gettin John Wall. No? We got the 3rd pick. Smh, well atleast we have all this CAP SPACE.
Chris Bosh signs with MIA. That's a nice pick up, I'm glad he got some help down there. He's a good guy. STAT goes to the Knicks. Ok, but we still need someone to pair with Lebron. Don't really want him but the first 2 options went to the Knicks & MIA. Lebron goes to MIA. Maybe we can sign Boozer because he's a great rebounder and he'd fit good with Brook. Not the team I wanted but maybe after we get Boozer we can trade Devin & the rookie for Dwill or CP3. Nope, Boozer is a Bull now.
Man, Lebron really played us, but I'm hearing we can get Melo. This gotta happen, we have way more assets than the Knicks. You gotta be kidding me, we struck out again? But we got Dwill this time.
