Just Be Ready For Next Season!

I think that Nets Fans should stay optimistic. Stressing over whether the Nets re-sign Deron Williams is taking a toll on many fans. The best thing for a Nets fan to do is think of the postivies such as: There's still a decent chance of D-Will re-signing with the team. Key players such as Kris Humphries, Gerald Wallace, Gerald Green and Jordan Farmar will most likely re-sign with the team and all have shown interest in staying with the Nets. The Nets are a step closer to becoming a very good, competitive team for next season. If the Nets re-sign Deron Williams, that will almost guarantee that Gerald Wallace, Gerald Green, Kris Humphries and Jordan Farmar will stay with the team and other free agents will show interest in playing for the Nets. This may not be enough to turn the franchise into an instant championship contending team(unless of coarse the Nets sign Dwight Howard) but it'll be a step closer to achieving that goal. And you have to admit that a starting line up of D-Will, Brook Lopez, Kris Humphries, Gerald Wallace and Marshon Brooks is competitive. And with the reserves: Jordan Farmar, Anthony Morrow, Gerald Green, Jordan Williams and if the Nets can sign a free agent such as Kris Kaman to fill the void in the back up center position, then the Nets could really make some noise next season. Don't forget about the other moves in free agency the Nets could pull off. So all is not lost quite yet.
