With Jeff Foote more than holding his own against two former Nets, the Armor beat the Texas Legends in Texas to win the D-League's East Conference on the last day of the season. Foote, a 24-year-old seven footer, finished with 16 and 14, Dan Gadzuric 13 and 15, and Sean Williams 20 and 11. Foote was one of five Armor players in double figures.

The Armor finished with 29 wins, nine more than they won in their first two years combined, sent three players to the D-League All-Star Game and had three players called up, all firsts during their first season as a Nets hybrid affiliate. The Armor's first round opponent will be announced Monday, as will their playoff schedule.
