The sad history of Billy King (for all the non-believers)

It always amazes me that someone as clueless as Billy King can manage to successfully maintain his job with such a proven record of "awfulness" at the helm.. The fact that BK wasn't even being considered for any other NBA front office position, let alone D-League front office positions, is a testament to the REST of the league's sensibility. The following is a complete list of Billy's moves at the helm of the 76'ers and the Nets.

And it's only getting worse folks. The fact that we are most likely shipping off our own pick in this stocked draft coupled with Houston maintaining their pick is problematic enough. But now the Warriors have moved up in the standings and we would have most likely received their #1 pick this year as well. Imagine yet another top 10 pick, under our control, in this stocked draft. But it's not the case. Good ole Billy included that pick with the other assets in the D-Will trade so it's going to Utah.

If we do lose out on D-Will this summer we would have moved Harris, Favors, what amounted to Enes Kanter and potentially ANOTHER top 10 pick this year for nothing. Even if we keep D-Will is he worth all of that??? Hard to imagine anyone being worth all that. You could probably take that package and break it in 2 and get a superstar PLUS a very good player back in return.

I understand the blind faith we sometimes put behind our teams but seriously can anyone say that BK is a good GM? At Best, you can argue he's not the worst GM but even that might be hard to defend. Anyway, for all the naysayers out there take a look at the link below. Not a pretty sight.
