With the first hurdle in the liquor license process cleared, Barclays Center is moving on a number of other approvals. The latest involves a street opening permit to put down broadcast cables linking the arena to a truck parking lot for the YES Network and any other TV operator. The "arena broadcast support area" will be located across the street from the arena.
