UPDATE: If you have not yet bought a ticket, try your best to get a seat in section 12. I have seen a great amount of solid deals for seats there, and it would be ideal for us to be sitting in close proximity to one another.

If you have already bought your ticket and are not in section 12, that's not a problem. It's actually a good thing to have a couple fans scattered among the rest of the bowl, just so we have members in this that can assist in getting the rest of the crowd involved in the chants.

SECOND UPDATE: If you plan to participate and have bought your tickets, please enter your information in the participant list document (link above).

From the event page:

This is the final home game for the Nets during which they will be labeled as the "New Jersey Nets." However, this game holds another significance. This is the last game in which fans have the opportunity to support the team before 2012 Free Agency, also known as decision-time for Deron Williams.

Please come out on this night to support the team as well as to show your love for Deron Willliams. His decision this summer has a major effect on the team's plans for the future. Have him enter free agency with the support of Nets fans in mind.

D-Will has emphasized his will to have a strong fanbase on multiple occasions. Over the next week, more details will be released about posters and chants, but in the meantime, you can begin ticket-hunting.

Spread the word and join the fun, Nets fans!

This is a very raw plan and needs a lot of polishing over the next week. In the meantime, you guys can start looking for solid ticket deals. Also, of course, the key to this plan's success is everyone spreading the word. If we can get the attention of big names, such as the team beat writers, this event gains a lot of attention.

Here are a few poster ideas. You can either use one of these or come up with a concise and meaningful message of your own to throw on a sign.

Props to eLonePB for having this idea.
