A couple tidbits I'd like to say about the Wallace trade which I happen to think was an excellent move considering the circumstances.

While everyone seems to think he is declining and old I think that is very false he is 29 and should be able to be productive at least as long as a guy like shawn marion if not longer because his game is more skilled than Marion's.

More importantly he may be 29 in age but in basketball years he is really like 27 around because he didn't play much in his first three years in sacramento he's played less career minutes than guys like melo and dwayne wade and nobody thinks they are declining, Wallace's game is also not only about numbers even though he put up very good numbers he also does the little things and plays great D so his numbers declining were more of a situational thing than anything now his numbers will probably be better than they were in portland.

In conclusion Wallace is an excellent player and definitely one of the better players we have had in a very very long time and for a fan base that severely overrates their players sometimes they need to realize that this guy is a stud and we still have an opportunity to win our pick so lets not be so down on this trade or our front office.
