A lot of us feel the team purposely stunk to free up cap space for a player that there was no guarantee of getting and another player there is no guarantee of keeping. And That is so desperate, so unconfident, or delusionally over confident, that it doesn’t jive with qualities we like very much. That’s not very much to cheer for whatever way you slice it.

A lot of us feel the team desperately traded for Wallace to appease Deron WIlliams, even though Wallace could have been gotten for free in free agency. Many of us feel that Deron Williams is likely leaving if he is THAT temperamental at this point, and cannot just wait until the off season to shore up the best possible team for Brooklyn. It’s flip flopping waffling, and not qualities most of us like very much.

A lot of us feel this team purposely tanked to improve the 1st round pick enough to make a fair deal for Dwight Howard, but tanked the season not even knowing if Dwight Howard was coming. Now I guess we should praise the Nets organization for not cheating and finding this information out for sure, but c’mon, you tank the entire season, jeopardize any chance of winning and you don’t even know this guy is coming. Pathetic.

Some of us feel Dwight Howard is still the #1 landing spot for the Nets and this has all been a charade, a hoax, the wool over the casual fans eyes, so Howard can keep his clean image, he can still go to the playoffs and get paid as a playoff team, still has a chance to win this year, and Magic want one of the top #3 picks anyway, Wallace, Brook Lopez and a Future pick, and if we do not get a top #3, they’d rather MarShon Brooks anyway, and that’s the super secret handshake. Still would be pathetic pandering to take a shortcut to try and win. No heart, no passion, no hard work, just taking advantage, but, if this is somehow true, for most of us, all would be forgiven. At least that would answer that there was direction.

Right now though it looks like there was no direction. It’s as simple as this. If Deron stays and Howard comes in that trade we’ll know what this front office is. If Deron leaves we will know what this front office is.

The truth is coming.
