In talking with the Star-Ledger, Ian Eagle reflects on the Nets upcoming move to Brooklyn and thinks some fans won't know what hit them until next November when the team opens up the season at Barclays Center.
"I do think there will be fans that don’t know exactly how they’re going to handle it until November when it becomes a reality and the Nets take the floor at the Barclays Center," said Eagle, who's done Nets games since he was 25. "It’s not as if they’re moving from New Orleans to Salt Lake City. You can still follow the franchise and feel like you’re a part of it. But the geographic component of the equation is certainly going to be a hurdle for some."
