This is the big weekend for hoops stats freaks. The Sloan Sports Conference, nicknamed "Dorkapolooza" by Bill Simmons, is underway at MIT's Sloan School of Business. While three teams --the Lakers, Clippers and Heat-- sent no one, the Nets have one of the biggest contingents, with five reps, including an intern! In attendance are Irina Pavlova, president of Mikhail Prokhorov's Onexim Sports & Entertainment; Milton Lee, the GM of the Armor; Scott Sereday, the Nets statistical analyst; Matt Tellem, basketball information coordinator; and Zach Goldfine, an intern on the basketball operations staff.
