We go back to the beginning of the season and Brook Lopez never broke his foot, Damion James never gets an season ending injury (and neither does Shawne Williams), Marshon brooks doesn't miss those weeks because of a broken toe and Deshawn Stevenson doesn't miss a few weeks cause of his injury. If this were to happen, we would've had a starting light up of Damion James (who brings effort and energy and you could see could have a bright future in the NBA if he could stay healthy), Brook Lopez (Potentially averaging 22 points and 8 rebounds), Kris Humphries (still averaging 13 points and 11 rebounds), Deron Williams (averaging 21 points and 10 assists because he would have alot of people to pass to) and Anthony Morrow (averaging 13 points and shooting the 3 at 45 percent). Now look at the Bench. Shawne Williams(averaging 5 points per game and shooting the 3 at 45 percent), Johan petro(wish he was a better defender and more consistant), Shelden Williams(a great defender, and rebounder), Jordan Farmar(giving us 10 points per game and shooting the 3 very well and I expected him to average more assists this season but he didn't), Marshon Brooks( we lucked out and got a very tallented rookie but he would've been averaging probably 12 points per game), Deshawn Stevenson (Great Defender and good 3 points shooter), Sundiata Gaines( In my opinion of of the best back up to a back up players in the league. Talented, tough defender, could put up some points on the board, and is a true point guard). With all this instead of us having a pathetic 15-31 record through the first 46 games of the season. I know that our record would've been at least (21-25) and then considering how our schedule is the rest of the season we wouldve caught up and atleast made the it to the 7th spot in the east.
