In an interview with FOX Business Channel, Brett Yormark offered his opinion on the prospects of Deron Williams being part of the Brooklyn Nets.

He loves being here in New York. His family is here. He's had a great year and I love the job that Billy King and ownership has done to fill in the pieces around him and I look forward to the product we are going to bring to Brooklyn.

Yormark also called the Nets "the New Dodgers", adding that "the Dodgers are coming back in the form of basketball." In discussing Barclays Center, the arena CEO declined to say who will sing the National Anthem on Opening Night but added, "It will be somebody big."
