Hello NetsDaily! Im not always active on ND, just occasionally commenting on interesting stories, but the recent experience my old ticket rep, Zack James provided for me and my new wife at the Orlando game has spurred me on to write this post! I've been a die hard nets fan my entire life and a Season ticket holder for many years now. Zack handles the premium seats in the Brooklyn arena, but is still at all the nets games in NJ, talking and being social with his old accounts. I haven’t bought anything from Zack in over a year, however he went out of his way to make me and my wife VERY happy, by helping us take wedding photos on the court after the game. We even met Dwight Howard on the way out and snapped a photo (CHECK OUT THIS PICTURE)!
He had a crazy work load for the Magic game and still managed to store my tux, wife’s wedding dress, and our photographer’s equipment before game, and get us in an area to change and prepared to take the court as soon as the game was over. I’ve had a few reps in the past but the care and attention that Zack provided for us was beyond the norm.
Despite the Nets poor performance on the court, it's good to know that Zach and some of the other Nets ticket reps are doing what they can to keep the fans as happy as possible.. Kudos to Z.James and all the Nets employees.
Any one else have a rep who treats them this well?
See you in the 200 level in Brooklyn!!
Oh...and always check out Section 230 at home games...we post Rs on the glass for Kris Humphries rebounds as if they were strike outs (upside down R means offensive rebound!)
