Brooklyn Fit: Nets help keep Bed-Stuy kids fit with a volleyball (yes volleyball) lesson.

Brooklyn Nets players Joe Johnson, Mirza Teletovic, Josh Childress and Tornike Shengelia worked out Thursday with 50 youngsters ages 8-14 in an introduction to volleyball clinic at the Bedford-Stuyvesant YMCA at 1121 Bedford Avenue in Brooklyn. The program is part of the Nets "Brooklyn Fit" program aimed at the borough's youngsters.

The team has been busy the last week in the Brooklyn community, with both the team and individual players like Andray Blatche assisting the less fortunate during the holiday season. Blatche and his mother were in Brooklyn Saturday handing out a LOT of presents.
