I don't fully blame Avery for the team's struggles as Deron injured or not needs to be more assertive, but I think we can all agree that it is infinitely frustrating to watch this team on offense...

Avery is in the last year of his contract so I'm fairly certain he'll be allowed to finish the year, but hopefully he's gone by the time next season tips off...
