Bojan Bogdanovic, using his sixth man role to energize his Turkish club, scored 18 points on 7-for-11 shooting, including 4-for-6 from downtown, in Fenerbahce's 83-74 win over Besiktas, Deron Williams old team, in Turkish League action. Fener, which spent as much as any Euroleague club this summer, is now 4-0 in Turkish League play and 3-1 in Euroleague action. The 6'8" Bogdanovic, a topflight passer, also added three assists and three rebounds.
Fener's other Euro-Net, Ilkan Karaman, had seven points and three rebounds in 17 minutes. He again showed off his deep shooting, hitting 1-of-2 from deep. The 6'9" power forward is shooting 50 percent from deep so far this year, up from 30 percent last season.
