On Saturday night, the Nets introduced their new anthem entitled "Brooklyn: Something To Lean On" written and recorded by Brooklyn’s own John Forté, a Grammy-nominated singer, songwriter, and producer. Forte' is a close friend and former classmate of Chris Charlier, the Nets chairman.

The video of the anthem is used to introduce the team prior to the game and features all the players and the "Brook-lyn, Brook-lyn" chant that was put to good use vs. the Raptors.
