John Schuhmann of NBA.com thinks he saw something on the floor and in the boxscore Friday night: a turnaround for the Nets on defense. The pipe dream that the Nets could turn into a defensive club is now longer far-fetched. It could happen.

Did New Fan's Mission Lead to Griffin's Misses?
Bobby Edemeka is a new Nets fan. On Friday night, he invited 20 NetsDaily posters to sit with him in Section 3 at his expense, mid four-figures expense. He chose well. They started the "Over-rated" chant that apparently rattled Blake Griffin.

We take a look at what we've seen and appreciated at Barclays Center in the two months since it's been open, from the "oculus" to the urban feel of the arena. Suffice it to say, we like it a lot and that as time passes, more and more will as well.

No Minutes Restrictions on Gerald Wallace
Avery Johnson has pronounced Gerald Wallace cured of ankle woes and says his starting small forward will have no minute restrictions Friday vs. the Clippers in Brooklyn. Johnson said he is also looking forward to seeing Deron Williams vs. Chris Paul.
