Nets fans will soon get a good look at EuroNets Bojan Bogdanovic and Ilkan Karaman against NBA competition.
The first NBA preseason game, and the first on NBA TV, is this Friday at 2 p.m. It doesn't directly involve the Nets but the front office will be watching. The Celtics will play Fenerbahce of Istanbul in an exhibition in Turkey. Two of Fener's rotation players are the Nets second round picks the last two years, Bojan Bogdnaovic and Ilkan Karaman.
Fener is warming up for the Celtics game by playing in the Toto Cup, a "friendly" tournament among Turkish League team. The team, which substantially upgraded its roster this summer, destroyed Erdemir, 91-59, with Bodganovic racking up 18 points and one rebound and Karaman going for seven points and one rebound. Both played limited minutes.
