Brooklyn Nets
The Nets will bring their training camp to Brooklyn on Sunday, October 21, but this time the annual event will be on a grander stage, at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, in between the World Super Lightweight Championship and the Rush concert.
The Nets will hold their annual open practice on Sunday, October 21, report league sources. And it won't be a gym at a quiet college campus as it has been in the past. It will be at Barclays Center. No details yet on admission, whether it will, as it has in the past, require advance ticketing. Similarly, there's no details on the time.
In the past, the Nets participated in a short scrimmage and then a series of skills contests. Word is that the Nets will also have their first practice at the arena this Sunday. When and where are the question, considering the Harlem Globetrotters will be using the main court that afternoon.
