Help: Ticket plan mix-up / trouble

I have purchased 2 half-season tickets last month, thinking I will be in Section 29, sort of across the court from the home bench. When my tickets were finally uploaded onto my account on Oct. 12th, I noticed that I've been move to Section 13, on the visitor's side.

I had reached out to my AA Manager and was told that the original seats sold to me "were not even there" so they've decided to "upgrade" me in a different section,moving me 1 row up. I've expressed my preference to be on the Nets side of the court and he said he'll find out what's available and get back to me.

We've had a couple of follow-up exchanges already but there's been no update to the situation. I'm normally a very patient person but can't help but be anxious when it comes to having my seats settled for the opening season. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I should proceed, whether to remain patient and wait for a reply, or try to somehow escalate and see if the case can be expedited?
