let me preface this by saying that it's not the design i am talking about, but the quality.

I just returned from the NBA store in manhattan, for those who are wondering, they have Deron and JJ swingmans in both road and away. They also have Deron and JJ replicas, kids sizes and womens as well. So it was nice to see they had many different versions. The swingman is also $90 at the store as opposed to the $110 online. I was surprised and happy to see this except that when I held the swingman in my hands i couldn't even tell the difference between that and the replicas!

Swingmans typically are half ironed on and half fake stitched onto the jersey. The Brooklyn on the front chest, and the B logo on the back have this, however the Name and Number on the back of the jersey is SCREEN-PRINTED onto the jersey! Even the people working at the NBA store told me not to buy it because they said it is crap and honestly it looks terrible. For those who got swingman jerseys elsewhere, are yours like that as well?? It feels like they rushed the release out there so that people would just buy them and sacrificed on the quality. I wonder if these are different from the more expensive ones online? Chime in if you bought a swingman and have it already because i am dying to know if they are all going to end up like this.

On a side note, authentic HOME jerseys are coming into the store tomorrow but the authentic road jerseys won't be out till next week. But after seeing the quality of the swingmans, i'd either get many replicas instead or just go with the authentic. Extremely disappointed.
