Deron Williams was happy to see MarShon Brooks on the court Saturday but said he knew the rookie wasn't at full strength despite his solid play.

"I could tell he was a little – walking a little gingerly the last game, didn’t have all his explosiveness,'' Williams said at shootaround Monday. "So it’ll be good to get him back at full strength.''

Brooks admits that his teammate's assessment may be on the high side. He told reporters his ankle is "about 85 percent,'' adding, "I've played on worse before.'' Two of his teammates are out vs. the Hawks: Mehmet Okur and Damion James.
