Before Monday night's game, Avery Johnson gave a dire assessment of Kris Humphries left shoulder injury, saying "it doesn't look good", that he couldn't raise his arm and announcing that he would have an MRI Tuesday. Visions of another catastrophic injury danced in fans' heads.
Well, the MRI came back and there's good news. Stefan Bondy tweets, "Good news for Nets: Humphries only has sprained shoulder, day-to-day and traveling to Boston." Humphries has not yet been ruled out of Wednesday's game in Boston and should face the Raptors on Thursday. Originally, the team didn't even expect the team's leading rebounder could travel.
