Nets and Knicks Are Even.... Or are They?

Nothing more really needs to be said. But I'll say more anyway.

Last season both teams made blockbuster trades, and this is how they have ended up so far....even. I think you could 'even' say the Nets are doing better b/c they gave up less to get their superstar than the Knicks did to get their superstars..Take a look.

Knicks gave up- D. Gallinari.(17.9 pt.s a game), Timofey Mozgov (5.5),Wilson Chandler( in china), A.Randolph (5.5) ,Raymond Felton(10.4, 6.7 asst.) , Chauncey Billups (had to amnesty him to get T. Chandler)(14.9 and 4.3 asst.), a first rounder and two second rounders.(54.2 pts a game in total) NO MORE CAP ROOM NEXT YEAR( at this point if cap is 58 million next year)

Nets gave up- D.Harris(9.2 pt.s a game and 4.6 asst.) D. Favors(7.7 pts. and 6.1 rebounds)Troy Murphy( 3.1 pts) , Enes Kanter (who the Jazz chose with Nets pick)(5.4 pts and 5.0 reb.) and another first rounder.(25.4 pt.s and about 10 reb.s and 5 asst. a game) B/c they got back expiring contracts...OVER 15 MILLION IN CAP SPACE FOR NEXT YEAR( at this point if cap is 58 million next year)

Thank you Billy King! Now just get us D-12 and we'll be happy.
