Disappointing Loss(es).. Leads to Trading Asset(s)

PrintI don't know if being a disgruntled fan is part of the long process that the FO is talking about. I simply cannot wait any longer to see this team any sign of competitiveness and start winning. I'm supportive of changing our coaching staff (#FIREAVERY movement), but not sure if someone can coach a player (@DeronWilliams) who has control of (almost) everything. It's too early in the season, but it appears that with this coaching staff, the NETS will only be successful, if we have both DWILL+D12 on-board. Since none of us can guarantee that would happen, even after free agency, I played a little bit with ESPN's trade machine. Unfortunately, I am not able to get the results. It seems I have crashed the system. Anyway, I don't see it happening (maybe our owners are real gamblers), but just for fun, if Feb comes - maybe this is our best bet.

TEAM1 - HAWKS
* Horford to Magic
* Teague to Magic
* Joe Johnson to Nets
* Josh Smith to Nets
REASON: They're going to get DWILL & D12. Loosing Horford, JSmith and JJohnson shouldn't be a big deal as they still have TMAC/STACK and RADMANOVIC who can start and they can still win it all.
TEAM2 - MAGIC
* D12 to Hawks
* Hedo to Nets
* Duhon to Nets
* Nelson to Portland
REASON: Having Teague and Horford as replacement of Nelson and D12 is the closest you can get. With JFarmar, GWallace and future picks, this should look good (or at least closest to what Nuggets did).
TEAM3 - PORTLAND
* Wallace to Magic
* Felton to Nets
REASON: Most likely, this will only happen via BK's good relationship. I cannot say Gaines+Nelson > Felton, but adding Morrow+picks shouldn't be that bad at all.
TEAM4 - NETS
* DWill to Hawks
* DJames to Hawks
* Farmar to Portland
* Morrow to Portland
* Picks to Portland
* Gaines to Magic
* Pick to Magic
REASON: This team needs to win long before BKLYN move. With Felton, Joe Johnson, Hedo, JSmith and Lopez - this is a solid team. Duhon, MarShon, Shawne/Stevenson, Humph and Okur aren't bad too.

We aren’t risking 2012 at all!!!! If we lose we still have a ton of picks and Brook Lopez. He is our cornerstone at very least and we start over. Winners don’t except second best. Ask the Giants how you risk/reward works for Eli!!!

Maybe I wasnt thinking right, but players these days demand $$ and owners do not believe the fix is thru lottery/picks. Johnson, Chandler, even Nene were overpaid, but they are rare talent (with respect to their free agency terms) these days.
This is also the reason, why I thought letting go of Dwill can be good, bec coaches wont rely to him too much – they can continue to build around Lopez, Hump and Brooks.

DWill, D12 and Petro (Maybe Djames?) → Hawks
Morrow, Nelson (Maybe Marvin Williams?) —> Portland
Horford, Teague, Okur (Maybe Gaines?) → Magic
