Ben Uzoh, an NBA free agent, had signed a contract with Fabi Shoes Montegranaro in the Italian League on Monday. The contract did not have an NBA out clause, but didn't go into effect until Sept. 28. And on Thursday, the team announced that it had parted ways with Uzoh, with training camp yet to begin.
Later Thursday, Sportando reported that Uzoh has agreed to a richer deal with Lokomotiv Kuban in the Russian League. No word on whether that deal has an NBA "out".
