Kansas Rejects: Kris Humphries and Terrence Williams

In an excerpt from the book "Beyond the Phog - Untold Stories from Kansas Basketball's Most Dominant Decade," former Jayhawk Keith Langford reveals that Kris Humphries, a top recruit at the time, was rejected by then coach Roy Williams because Kansas players told Williams that Humphries was "an absolute jerk." Humphries apparently told the Jayhawks that he was going to lead the team in scoring as a freshman and that they would be taking a back seat. A similar scenario played out under Bill Self when Terrence Williams visited the campus.
