J-Will Playing Well in "I-League"
Jordan Williams is one of 70 NBA players and prospects playing in Impact Basketball's "competitive training series" in Las Vegas, aka the "Lockout League" or "I-League". So far, the 20-year-old power forward is proving that one axiom of basketball holds true: rebounding skills are transferable from college to the pro's.
This week, Williams had games of 10 and 7 Tuesday, 11 and 11 on Wednesday and 10 and 4 on Thursday. He's also shooting well, with a cumulative 14 for 24. Although stats are limited --minutes played is not posted-- the 6'9" Maryland product had only two turnover to go with three steals, two assists and a block. He's been playing on two teams with two of the league's top PG's, T.J. Ford and John Wall. The games continue through next Friday.

He hasn't played a single game for the Nets
But I still don’t see the need for Kris Humphries if this guy is similar too him where we can just get a better defender and scorer in somebody else “hint hint”.
no need for Hump ? cmon man!
Did you quickly forget what a beast Hump was for us last season, hes a legit 10,10 guy who can block shots, hes a must to bring back

He's not a must
But he’s a better option than relying on a second round draft pick in a year where the priority is making the playoffs to convince Deron to stay.

He deserves to get a decent contract in my opinion
Yes, it was only for one year, but when you get an oppurtunity, you take one, and thats what he did.

The Nets had a great draft so far. Lets hope all of this good news transfers to the actual Nba.
If Jwill can be A-train our bench will be pretty damn good.
best rookies in Vegas
are Isaiah Thomas of the Kings, Josh Shelby of the Grizzlie, Iman Shumpert of the Knicks and Travis Leslie of the Clippers.
Real NBA players in this league are killing it.
i read isaiah thomas is posting some ridiculous numbers

J-Willz reminds me alot of Aaron, and im not sure why

my favorite A-Will story
the NBA writers annually chose the All-interview team, the guys who give the best bites, who are the most cooperative with the media. AWill of course barely spoke.
When in 2002 or 3, the team came out and he was asked if he was disappointed that he didn’t make the all-interview team again.
“There’s always next year,” he replied…and turned away.
He was a calm and laid back guy
There’s no doubt Nets fans really miss alot of the old players, even the not so good ones.

D-League
JWILL is not nearly ready to play in the NBA. If the NETS are smart, they will send him to Springfield and let him play 30 minutes a game. We need an NBA ready player to back up THE HUMPH. I am growing increasingly disgusted with these players and owners who can’t see that the lockout, if it costs regular season games, will KILL fan interest. YOU IDIOTS: Make a deal already, instead of meeting and trying to figure out whose d…s are bigger. For the sake of the game, put your egos aside.

I'm like 90 % done with the NBA .....
And this is after forty-five years of interest………………
Don't quit now.
You’ve seen the game evolve from peach baskets and association footballs!

Vid of him hitting a shot in yesterdays game.

Thats exactly what we need from him. Hit the elbow jumper and crash the boards. I think we may have had our best draft since Brook.
Breaking News: Jordan Williams traded to John Wall's team "G"...
John Wall finished the week at the Impact Basketball Competitive Training Series in Las Vegas with another dynamic, 42-point performance. The Wizards’ "G" team didn’t have Rashard Lewis, but former Maryland big man Jordan Williams and former Wizard Roger Mason Jr. joined JaVale McGee, Jordan Crawford, Shelvin Mack and Larry Owens.
he tweeted about it.
but the stat sheet is closed. So I dont know how he did. You can check to see if it’s closed to everyone.
Jordan also tweeted Humphries...

Hump is probabably thinking:
“I’m not your Bro, 2nd round Rookie!”.
Maybe JWill will shake up Hump a little, and remind him that there is a 6’9" PF, who is wet behind the ears, but is looking to take away minutes of playing time.
Haven’t heard any mention of Hump doing any extensive exercise lately.
I wonder how much weight he has put on since he took those photos in tight shorts.
Honestly, Hump seems like a vain dude, plus he's married to Kim Kardashian...
My guess is he’s in tip top shape.
