SHoP, the "design architects" for Barclays Center has posted two animations of construction progress at the arena, with attention paid to the next phase of the project: the installation later this month of the exterior "skin", the 921 weathered steel panels built in Indiana by ASI Limited and being transported to the site.

The animations show different views of simulated progress at the site in Brooklyn. They were posted last week by the New York firm, which is working the Ellerbe Becket of Kansas City, the NBA's most experienced arena architects, designers of 14 arenas, the most recent being Conseco Field House in Indianapolis and the Time Warner arena in Charlotte.
