Is it a hint, a promise, or just a comment? Justin Harper, the 6'10" combo forward from Richmond, was interviewed by Hoopshype last week and when asked which of his workouts was the best responded, "I think that the workout I felt really good about was with the New Jersey Nets".
Harper said nice things about his 76ers workout as well, but in recent days, the Richmond senior been rumored as one of the Nets' top prospects at #27, and indeed his profile fits what Billy King has long said he wants out of his first round pick: a third or fourth year player who improved every year and has both athleticism and BBIQ. Harper also fills a need, being able to back up both forward slots and hit from deep.
