Uzoh Tries Out for Team Nigeria

Ben Uzoh was at Gallaudet College in Washington this weekend to try out for the Nigeria national team which will play in the FIBA Afrobasket championships in Madagascar, the island nation off east Africa.

Although a US citizen, Uzoh is eligible to play for Nigeria because both his parent emigrated to Texas from Nigeria. The team is coached by long time NBA fixture John Lucas. Uzoh is a free agent this summer.
