Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment

The Barclays Center won't be complete until June of next year, won't host concerts till August and no NBA games will be played there before October, but the Nets have hired a 10-person sales force, a director of ticket sales and will soon launch a major marketing campaign focused on how the arena fits into team history.

Dan Lefton has been named as Executive Director of Ticket Sales for the Nets at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, the team announced.  He will supervise sales which will launch in the spring.  Barclays will be a big part of the team's next marketing campaign.  According to Sports Business Journal, the campaign is dubbed "Past [Present] Future", which "celebrates the team’s history, direction and future plans".
