I watched the game as usual last night and then went ahead and watched it on dvr this morning and as an avid fan and follower of the Nets I really have not seen such an impact to this team since Kidd.  DWill made you think when they were down by 16 that they still had a chance.  The flow of the game was so much different.  It is crystal clear that he immediately makes EVERYONE better.  I believe it may be a little harder for Lopez/Williams to mesh but I have no doubt that by the end of the year the pick and roll and ball delivery to Lopez in the right spot will be seamless.  The pick and roll with Hump was working well and holy cow we all knew Morrow could shoot and always questioned about him getting open looks, but if this kid gets the looks he got last night he'll average close to 20 a game.  DWill changes everything.  You can look at box scores, plug in values on trade machines, measure every tool in the box, but in the end just sit back and watch.  The talent and ability to move the ball to the right spots is remarkable.  He knows how to play the game the right way.  He played banged up last night but you could still see the impact he has on the game.  Guys get the ball in the right spot. and therefore make it easier to score.  We are not going to make the playoffs but I think it is very realistic to finish strong and that is what we will do.  Look for 14-10 minimum down the stretch.  Look for Damion James to also have an impact but more on defensive end and he is exactly what we need.  Look for things to change!  DWill lead the way.
